Basic Element to manage RAINCO assets

Basic Element continues to optimize its structure and enhance the efficiency with which it runs its industrial and financial assets by taking over the management of assets of Russian-Asian Investment Company (RAINCO) (LLC).
Stanislav Karabut, formerly head of RAINCO, has been appointed Deputy General Director, Commerce, at Basic Element.
Some of RAINCO's assets have been distributed among Basic Element's sectors. Basic Element will directly manage individual projects such as agribusiness, ports, textiles, airport fuel complexes, real estate, timber, log home construction, media, network and venture projects.
